Oblivious Feelings

Obliviously I lived

simply not knowing,

my pain kept showing

spilling to overflowing,

pushed beyond hurt

abundantly keet on growing,

now made aware

I choose courage

stepping into real healing,

yesterday gone so tired

of suffering old dreary feelings.
